Will I need a warehouse or office space?

No. You can operate your business from a home office. Having some storage space in a garage or other waterproof storage
area is required.

Do I need an organizing background to qualify for this?

No. While having some organizing experience, even with friends and family is great, we will provide you with the training and resources to operate a successful location.

How much will it cost to open a franchise?

There is a range based on a number of factors. Per Item 7 of our FDD the approximate range to open is $80,000 – $205,000.

How much can I make?

We are not able to make earnings claims. Per item 19 in our FDD the average unit volume is approximately $800,000.00 and a net operating income of 27%.

Do I need to be hands on?

Yes. It is crucial that you actively participate in the daily operations of your franchise location during the first years of operation.

Do I need a truck or a van?

No. This business started out of the trunk of a car. A truck or van will make providing certain services easier to implement.
